SERVICES FOR CAT CARE PurrFect Pals is fully insured
What care is offered - each visit will be half an hour (longer visits by negotiation)
- Initial home visit to meet you and your cat(s) and learn about their routine (free)
- Cat feeding and brushing
- Cat play and cuddles
- Dealing with cat litter trays
- Keeping the feeding and litter trays areas clean and hygienic
- Text/photos or other regular updates to keep you in touch as required
- Vet visits if needed and on your instructions (extra time involved charged as appropriate)
- Administer medication as instructed (NB I am not qualified to give injections)
- Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays are covered if available for an extra charge (see below)
Other non-cat related services (there is a small extra fee for this)
- Watering house plants (included)
- Feeding fish (included)
- Security measures: drawing curtains, turning lights on and off, picking up post (included)
- Putting out rubbish/recycling (included)
- Watering greenhouse plants (by negotiation)
- Watering garden pots and plants (by negotiation)

The first visit to meet you and your cat(s) is complementary. Please have a set of your house keys available. These will be kept under lock and key and not have your home address on the tag; just the name of your cat(s).
Depending on your cats' needs each visit will be up to 30 minutes. Generally twice a day, morning and evening is
recommended. Depending on how many cats are on the day's list, the time of the visit may vary. From a security perspective it is probably a good idea not to visit at exactly the same time each day.

Prices quoted are for households with up to 3 cats. Beyond 3 there will be a surcharge of £2 per extra cat per visit.

- £10 each visit or £20 per day (up to 4.5 miles from base)
- £12 per visit or £24 per day (from 4.6 miles to 9.9 miles from base)
- Beyond 10 miles by negotiation
- Visits to your Vet will be charged depending on both time involved and distance to travel to that clinic
- If you have a kitten or an elderly cat you may want a third visit during the day which can be arranged for an
additional visit charge
- Where longer visits are required, the extra time element to be negotiated on an individual basis
- Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and Day, Easter (Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Bank holiday Monday)
and other Bank Holidays: please add £4 to each visit
- Greenhouse and garden plant watering to be negotiated depending upon size of task and regularity

CANCELLATION FEES

Dependent upon the length of the booking:

For bookings of 2 days and up to two weeks, if cancelled within 5 days of the start date a fee of 50% of the total will be charged. Cancellations/shortened visits due to an early return are non-refundable.
For bookings of more than two weeks that are cancelled within 5 days of the start date, a flat rate of £150 will be charged.
